To prevent, delay, or reduce the use of alcohol and other drugs among our youth and their families in Robeson County.
Vision
We believe that the citizens of Robeson County deserve the highest quality of services provided by qualified professionals that practice with the highest degree of ethics and integrity. We at Palmer recognize and value the contributions of our volunteer board members, staff and licensees and appreciate their diversity, professional experience and knowledge. We believe that continued competency is important and support initiatives that address the need for life-long learning in a changing environment. We believe that partnerships with educators, other agencies, law enforcement, and organizations that advocate for consumers and/or providers enhance our ability to promote and ensure quality of service and safe practices to achieve better outcomes for consumers.
Board of Directors
The Palmer Prevention Inc. Board of Directors is solely responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of policies and procedures for the operation of all services provided by the agency. 
The Board of directors delegates the management authority to Executive Director, Thomas G. Norton for its facilities services separately, and Torrey Oxendine, Director of Administration.
